DWK Law instructed in another major Fraud Case

DWK Law have recently been instructed in Operation Leon, listed for trial September 2026 before Southwark Crown Court.

The case concerns three alleged corrupt bank employees at HSBC and Halifax. It is alleged that through their misuse of banking systems, facilitated fraudulent transactions from a variety of customer accounts. Victim funds were allegedly laundered through a network of beneficiary accounts where finally, converted into Crypto Currency [BitCoin], transferred as ‘international payments’ outside the jurisdiction of the UK and withdrawn in cash withdrawals.
